Temporary Payroller


Absolute Accountancy Recruitment are delighted to be working with an established and successful company who are seeking a Temporary Payroller who can start immediately. The role is for a minimum term of 3 months with the opportunity of becoming permanent.

Payroll Duties:

  • Responsible for the processing of expenses which we receive through email, post, fax.
  • Making calls and resolving queries relating to validate expense claims.
  • Providing information to employees regarding expenses, how to claim and what information / documentation need.
  • Calling employees to encourage claiming of expenses and promoting the benefits of doing so.
  • Scanning and Filing of expenses.
  • Advising the payroll team of any adjustments to wages which need to be processed.
  • Assisting the payroll team during busy periods and to cover absences.
