Temporary Part-Time Finance & Administration Assistant / Accountancy / Brighton
My client is looking for a Temporary Part-Time Finance & Administration Assistant to join their small team of 2 on an ongoing basis. This role is 15 hours a week and for the right person this position could become permanent.
Your duties as a Temporary Part-Time Finance & Administration Assistant will include:
- Loading invoices onto their system
- Office administration including filing
- Booking meetings
- Liaising with external contacts
- Other similar PA duties
- Ad hoc duties as required
To be considered for this role you must:
- be immediately available
- be flexible around the type of role as this will be very varied day to day
- have prior experience in the above duties
- be very organised with a high attention to detail
The hourly rate for this role is between £9ph and £11ph DoE.
