Temporary Part Time Event Administrator

My client is a successful events and conferences company working in conjunction with a variety of large corporate clients to manage all aspects of their events.

They are now looking for someone who can assist them on a part time ongoing temporary basis to provide administration support. The role will be varied and will include updating of database and spreadsheet information for each conference and a variety of other administration work such as coordinating delegate expenses and invoicing.

You will ideally be educated to degree or 'A' level standard and the ideal candidate will have very good software skills and have previous administration experience as well as excellent people skills but no events experience is required as this position is purely an administration support role.

Hours can be flexible and varied but will be in normal office hours, however the hours will not necessarily be regular as it will depend on when the conferences and events take place so this would suit someone available for ongoing temporary work on a part time basis, looking for a professional, friendly office environment.

Location: Twickenham

Salary: Hourly rate c.£8 - £10

Start date: March 2018
