A forward thinking charitable organisation in Cambridge looking to recruit a temporary PA/Office Manager to support a small but successful team as they establish a new office.
Your new role
This role will involve helping to manage and run a busy office after the relocation of their offices to another building. You will need to provide PA support to the regional manager and management team and this will involve email management, typing correspondence, diary management, travel arrangements, scheduling of meetings and other ad hoc administration support. Alongside this you will manage the facilities of the office move in the hope to establish a successful, efficient new working environment.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be immediately available and happy to consider a temporary position to start as soon as possible. You will ideally have previous PA and Office Management experience working within a role supporting a busy team. You should be motivated and proactive. You will need to hit the ground running and relish the opportunity to work in a busy and varied role.
