We have just registered an exciting opportunity for a candidate to join an excellent charitable organisation as an Office Administrator on a temporary basis. This is a highly-varied role and definitely not one to be missed!
You will be working for an altruistic and caring company who will allow you to truly become part of their dedicated team.
Temporary Office Administrator Responsibilities
- Organising paperwork so that it is maintained accurately
- Diary management, including calendar invites, using Microsoft Outlook
- Handling queries via telephone and email
- Responding to customers in a timely manner
- Ensuring that documents are maintained in line with upcoming GDPR
- Handling sensitive information with discretion
Temporary Office Administrator Requirements
You must be a highly competent administrator with excellent attention to detail. Your thorough approach will ensure all tasks are completed in a comprehensive manner.
A basic understanding of GDPR and data protection legislations would be a huge advantage, although this is not essential.
A proficient user of Microsoft Office, you should be willing and able to get stuck in and complete the tasks at hand.
