- Meeting and greeting guests
- Booking travel and international flights
- Postal duties
- Scanning and preparing invoices

- Facilities maintenance
- General office administration
Temporary Office Administrator Requirements
To be successful in this role you will have previously worked in a similar administrative assignment.
Advanced MS Office skills will be essential, including Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy are imperative, as is the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
Flexible and adaptable, you must demonstrate a ‘can do’ attitude.
