Temporary HR Systems Administrator

We have a fantastic opportunity to work as a HR Systems Administrator, working for a global company within the travel industry, based in Southampton. The role will involve supporting, maintaining and the development of HR reporting systems and providing general administration support.  Working 4 days a week 09:00am-17:00pm

The duties include:

  • Ensure correct systems access for users
  • Generate all HR reporting as required
  • Support HR reporting requirements and data analysis
  • Raise and resolve system issues, working with IT where necessary
  • Provide project support, leading work streams and smaller projects as required
  • Develop HR reporting tools and systems as required
  • Liaising with internal and external customers
  • Generates HR reports delivered by HR Systems – Monthly, quarterly and annual reports for internal and external customers
  • General ad-hoc reports as required

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous Oracle experience
  • Flexible working hours
  • Strong understanding of databases
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team work
  • Strong analytical skills
