Cordant People Scotland has an excellent opportunity for an HR Administrator to join our client based in Stirling. This is a full time temporary role giving you the opportunity to develop your career with an organisation who are leaders in their field.
Working as part of the HR team you will be responsible for providing comprehensive and confidential administrative support to the Human Resources function. The role itself includes:
- Issuing contracts of employment
- Managing contractor queries
- Managing contractor and employees through the Tupe process.
- Assisting with incoming and outgoing mail
- Collating information into central spreadsheet
- Administration of the recruitment process for all vacancies
The successful candidate will have previous administrative experience and be competent with Microsoft Office packages. Excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritise and organise workload is essential for this role. You will also be required to work as part of a team and to exercise initiative.
