Temporary HR Administrator

Hi All, Adecco in Welwyn Garden City are recruiting for a temporary HR Administration Assistant to start ASAP, please see details below.

This could be a Temporary to Permanent position dependent on the right Candidate.

Hours- 9:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday.
Paying £9.00 an hour.

Your main duties include -

-Responsible for incoming department calls - screening and handling enquiries.
-Prepare all employee HR induction packs
-Ensure induction pack material is kept up to date and relevant
-Internal communication
-Assist with all department needs
-Update all spread sheets with new starter information
-Issue Reference requests
-Adhoc-tasks and filing.
-Complete starter checklist/ admin process.
-Assist with adding data into HR portals and/or systems (where required).

They are looking for someone that is driven, motivated, shows initiative and is personable.

Ability to work effectively both individually and part of the team is a essential.
