A charity based in the heart of South East London, Camberwell are looking for a HR Officer to join their vibrant and busy team on a temporary basis. The charity focuses on helping people escape homelessness and also to help vulnerable people to build supportive relationships and lead fulfilling lives.

This is an exciting and fulfilling opportunity for a potential enthusiastic team member who has a strong interest in HR and preferably knowledge and experience in the field.

Responsibilities of the Role

-Assisting in delivering recruitment services to managers ensuring a smooth running of administration tasks including collating application forms and carrying out compliance checks.
-Maintaining and updating employee records including sick leave, DBS checks, development plans, exit interviews and appraisals etc.
-Providing admin support to the L&D team for training events, booking venues, administration for course bookings etc.
-General admin support including effective running of HR office.

Additional Information

-The role is a full time temporary position (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm)
-To start ASAP
-Salary: £22,500
