One of the UK’s leading financial service companies located in Stratford-upon- Avon are currently seeking graduate calibre administrators to join there team on a temporary basis for 6 months. The company itself is a really great company to work for and they treat their staff amazingly well and offer brilliant progression.
The role itself is a great role and the overall purpose of this role is to provide general administration and co-ordination to change programme and project support tools to ensure that all standards and methods are aligned to best practise.
Other duties will include:
Support the HR Team with compliance documentation
Arrange and coordinate the administration of meetings, workshops and events
Coordinating recruitment including, using the applicant tracking system, scheduling interviews, onboarding, etc.
Logging and tracking resource requests
Dealing with recruitment agencies and contract administration
Dealing with managers to coordinate contractor extensions and contracts/paperwork
Deliver one off activities and projects to the outcomes and standards agreed with line manager.
The ideal candidate will have some experience within an office environment and have a desire to want to learn! . Being proficient in MS Office is essential and so is the ability to be accurate and show attention to detail. More important is having the most positive attitude and the ability to work hard.
This would be a great role for someone going travelling in 6 months or someone looking to gain office based experience!
