Temporary Finance Assistant

An immediate opportunity has arisen for a versatile Finance Accountant to join an existing team with a reputable organisation in Redhill, Surrey. The role will involve managing all aspects of supplier invoices, including dealing with supplier queries, as well as managing all aspects of expenses and petty cash for the business unit. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 years’ experience within an accounts department. Competitive hourly rate on offer.

Duties will include:

  • Processing supplier invoices from receipt to payment
  • Banking duties including reconciliations
  • Raising sales invoices
  • Assisting with Credit Control
  • Other additional ad-hoc responsibilities

You must have:

  • Experience of working within an Accounts setting covering Purchase Ledger and Sales Ledger
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Proactive and able to work to strict deadlines
  • Available on 1 weeks notice or less
