Temporary Finance Assistant Sales Ledger
CMA Recruitment Group is partnering with our New Milton, Hampshire client who are leader in their specialist field. Now growing their busy finance team and looking to appoint an Finance Assistant to join their New Milton team on a temporary basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity to add immediate value to a busy hand on finance team. Due to the recent growth within the business there may be a need for someone longer term with the potential of this opportunity converting to a permanent position.
What will the role involve?
- Processing sales invoices in an efficient timely manner;
- Liaise with customers and internal departments to resolve queries;
- Take payments;
- Assist in purchase ledger;
- Ad hoc duties.
- Experience gained in a similar position;
- Good telephone manner;
- Experience working in a high volume environment;
- Immediately available to start;
- Sales Ledger experience;
- Adaptable accounts package skills and an intermediate level of Excel.
