24-7 Staffing has a temporary internal vacancy to work in our Finance department as Temporary Finance and Payroll Assistant - with a payroll bias.
To work along side and with an already established finance office within a busy recruitment agency.
- 6 - 8 weeks sickness cover.
- Hourly Rate = £10.50.
Job Role will involve the following duties
- Responsibility for end to end payroll of 200+ candidates including inputting and processing timesheets using Sage 50 Payroll.
- Creating and maintaining candidate’s payroll records.
- Managing Pension auto enrolment, submission of weekly FPS and pension reports.
- Completion & Input of Weekly Payroll Journal
- Weekly completion of Client Invoicing
To be successful within the position you will need:
- Knowledge of Sage 50 Payroll desirable
- Strong IT skills, knowledge of Word/Excel
