Orridge & Co Limited are a leading stocktaking company who carry out stock takes for leading retail outlets throughout the united kingdom. We are currently looking to recruit two temporary desk controllers to cover the South West of England and the Midlands and you will be based at our office in Aldridge.
You will be responsible for the manning of national stock takes throughout the UK and will handle a mixture of inbound and outbound calls from field based staff. You will need to be highly motivated, target driven with excellent customer service/operational skills who is able to work in a fast paced environment. You will work closely with the Regional Management team and be responsible for the resolution of workforce shortages and perform general administration duties.
You will be articulate with a strong attention to detail, able to work under pressure, have a good geographical knowledge, excellent communication skills, computer literate, be flexible and have a can do attitude.
