Our clients, who are based just outside of Harlow, Essex are now looking for a temporary Customer Services Executive to join their team now. The role will involve extensive client contact both over the telephone and in writing so any suitable candidates will need to be able to demonstrate their communication skills. Duties will also involve :
- Dealing with all incoming client calls on a range of enquiries which may involve product information, stock availability, delivery information or a complaint.
- Liaising with the warehouse and distribution centres regarding stock discrepancies
- Updating the client CRM system with every piece of information acquired.
- Administration duties to include filing, photocopying, post etc
This is a key role within this team and all suitable candidate must be available to start immediately. Candidates will need to have the following skills and experience :
- A customer services or call centre background
- Good working knowledge of MS Word and Excel
- Excellent communications skills and be proud of the excellent service that they deliver
- Be able to work as part of a busy team
