Fantastic company based in Stevenage, that supplies a popular product to consumer customers need five additional members of staff for their Customer Services team.

Their office is fully equipped for social distancing measures.

This is a long term temporary contract (until at least the end of Dec), and will involve working a 35-42 hour week, which includes some Evenings and Weekends, on a rota basis.

Duties will include:

  • Taking incoming calls from customers who wish to order products
  • Order processing
  • Advising on delivery dates and product information
  • Dealing with ad hoc queries and complaints

The ideal person must be able to commit to the length of the contract, have an excellent telephone manner, and be extremely customer focused. Previous customer services experience is advantageous.

Our client is ideally looking for people to start the week commencing 1st September
