Are you available immediately? Do you have contact centre experience? Or keen to work in customer service? Looking for full time hours? Then look no further.... I am looking for those of you seeking a customer service role. So… take this chance to join a busy, dynamic and respectable company.

My client need people to start as soon as possible (Monday 25th June start) the hours available are 12.30pm - 9pm AND 9.30am - 5.30pm, you must be able to do 1 weeks of 10am - 4.30pm to begin with for training.

The Role:

You will be responsible for making calls to customers in regards to their medications or homecare and deliveries. This will involve confidentiality checks, updating details, inputting information on to their database and dealing with any questions that the customer may have. You need to be confident and professional on the phone.

This is a great opportunity for someone that is looking to work in an expanding company with the chance to learn valuable skills.

It is a temporary role but there are plenty of opportunities in the company.
