As the Customer Service Team Member you will be responsible for:
•Creating well-written, friendly, helpful e-mails addressing all of the customers questions
•Be responsible for hitting your response times, quality and quantity of e-mails
•Reporting any feedback to help other teams better understand what customers want
•Go the extra mile
The Successful candidate for the role of Customer Service Team Member will:
•Be able to demonstrate a passion for giving great customer service
•Have the ability to focus and maintain a high level of attentions to detail so that every e-mail you send is perfect
•Impeccable grammar and spelling along with first class communication skill are what the companies customers deserve
•Strong typing skills as you will be responding to between 80 and 150 emails per day
•Be self-motivated, calm under pressure, upbeat with a can-do attitude

In return the Customer Service Team Member will receive an hourly rate of £9.00ph, a smart/casual dress code with 9am 6pm working hours, Monday to Friday.
