SF Group are currently recruiting for a Temporary Customer Service Agent for their client based in North Nottingham on a temporary to permanent basis.
- Answering incoming calls
- Updating internal database
- Coding up products onto the system
- General administration duties
- Liaising with clients and customers via email
- Resolving customer complaints
- Adhering to strict compliance procedures
Start date: ASAP
Working hours: Monday to Friday - 8:30am – 5:00pm
Salary: £8 per hour
The ideal candidate will have experience dealing with paper work and have good administration skills.
