Our client is looking to recruit and Inbound Customer Service Advisor to join their bright and friendly team.
As a Customer Service Advisor you will deliver exceptional and inspiring customer service to their customers.
Duties will include
- Answering incoming calls
- Dealing with enquiries
- Problem solving
- General administration
The successful applicant will be self-motivated, organised, calm and a confident and clear communicator. We are looking for candidates who have worked in a call centre role previously.
