Temporary Customer Service Advisor

Angard Staffing is the dedicated primary provider of Customer Service and Industrial labour to Royal Mail throughout the UK. Part of the Reed family of businesses, we provide labour solutions throughout the year with significant increases around peak periods - helping Royal Mail deliver their customer promises at this very important time of the year for businesses and public.

The Role

- Handling Customer complaints

- Providing advice on enquiries

- Advising on Tracking and re-delivery progress

- Ensuring exceptional levels of customer service are maintained and a first class customer experience

The Person

- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner

- Previous Customer Service experience

- Ability to work under pressure

- Strong keyboard skills and familiarity with basic Microsoft packages

- Must pass a criminal record check (no cost)

The Shifts

- You need to be available between 8am-6pm Mon- Sat with one rotation day off in the week

- 5 days over 7 will be scheduled in with 4 weeks notice of shift patterns

- 4 midweek days plus Saturday will be the normal shift pattern

- Flexible start times throughout the week may be required
