Temporary Customer Service Advisor
As the Customer Service Advisor you are responsible for receiving and welcoming customers and deal with their enquiries efficiently and effectively via the telephone.
You will identify each enquiry and record it onto the IT systems for the purposes of other colleagues.
The Customer Service Advisor is required to resolve complex queries by using appropriate skills and expertise.
The ideal Customer Service Advisor must have the ability to stay calm under busy and stressful periods.
Monday to Friday 08:45 to 17:00
1 month temporary assignment.
