SF Recruitment is currently recruiting Temporary Customer Service Administrator for their client based in Nottingham City. The client offers permit parking within close proximity to the office.

The client offers open plan and spacious offices with all modern decor. Their offices are based within walking distance to all local amenities.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with general office administration
  • Scanning, filing and updating internal system data base
  • Ordering equipment for offsite teams when and if required
  • Taking inbound calls from internal and external offices/teams
  • Ensuring all documentation is in line will company guidelines
  • Dealing and processing invoices for customer accounts
  • Dealing with over the phone queries
  • Liaising with customers arranging on site visits and updating contracts diaries
  • Creating quotes for sending all relevant information out to customers

Salary: £8.50 per hour

Working hours: Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:30pm
