Position: Temporary Customer Service Administrator

Start Date: Immediately (up to 6 months)

Salary: £9.60 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday (shifts between 7am - 5.30pm / 40-hour week)

Location: Paisley

  • Desired experience working in a busy office environment
  • Good telephone manner
  • Due to location, a driver will full time access to a car would be beneficial
  • Can start immediately
  • Solid organisational skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Good experience with different computer systems
  • Time management skills

What does the day look like?

  • Assisting clients with scheduling needs via phone & email
  • Working in a fast-paced team ensuring operations are running as smoothly as possible
  • Updating systems accurately & efficiently
  • Any ad hoc administrative duties
