Berry Recruitment are looking to recruit for a Logistics & Customer Service Administrator for a great client based in Hemel Hempstead

Hours: 09:30am - 6:00pm, with an hour lunch

Responsibilities:
-Processing customer orders on the system
-Taking customer orders over the phone
-Monitoring incoming emails
-Handling customer enquiries and resolving problems
-Processing sub-contracted invoices to customers
-Assisting with the management of outsourced services
-Liaising with the warehouse regarding stock levels, goods in, deliveries and general communication
-General administration in relation to the logistics teams general tasks
-Supporting the 'Machine Install' process in conjunction with the installs team and essential sales team
-General sales support activities as and when required across the department
-Able to work flexibly

Skills & Experience:
-Good organisation skills
-Good verbal and written communication
-Confident telephone skills
-Ability to use own initiative and prioritise workload
-Previous customer service experience
-Previous logistics or sales administration
