Temporary Customer Service Administration

We are currently recruiting for our client based on the outskirts of Lincoln to work in their customer service department.

You job role will include:
* Answering incoming calls and dealing with queries from customers
* Processing orders on the system and completing paperwork
* Ensuring all invoices are sent out correctly
* Making outbound calls to customers to prompt orders

To be considered for the role you will need to:
* Have great customer service
* Ideally come from a customer service or admin background
* Be reliable and punctual
