Credit Control / Collections Agent Chertsey Temporary Job

Your new company:

You will be joining a global business based in Chertsey, Surrey.

Your new role:

Reporting to the Credit Control Team Leader, you will conduct the initial collections calls to a range of customers. You will spend the majority of your time on the telephone, speaking to customers about invoices that are due and overdue for payment. You will deal with any queries and record "customer promise to pay" on the internal system. Your success will be measured by the number of calls that you make and the successful outcomes, such as payments received and recorded payment promises.

What you'll need to succeed:

You will be a proven credit controller / collections agent who is used to working in a high call volume environment where you spend most of your time on the phone. You will have a track record of secure payments, resolving queries and accurately maintaining customers records.

What you'll get in return:

This is a temporary role for approximately 6 months.
You will be paid competitive hourly rate + holiday pay, and will work in a fast paced team environment.
