We need someone full time (37 hours p/w) to work as a contracts administrator. The role is based in Manvers at the but initially the role will involve a lot of travelling across the region to visit local employers so will need someone who can drive and has their own car.
* Driving to visit employers to get signed contracts and call offs
* Issuing contracts and call offs where none raised so far and follow up on signed documentation
* Where enrolment and contracts differ, work with colleagues to see which is correct and amend accordingly.
You need to be a good administrator, have good communications skills and good attention to detail, who is fast working but doesn't cut corners.
Ideally to start this week for one month initially to clear a large backlog of data but may be extended.
