Temporary Category Manager
Your new company
A public sector organisation based near to Coventry. Due to a period of increased workload, they are looking for a Temporary Category Manager to join the team. The role will have flexibility to work from home two days per week, with three days in the office.
Your new role
The temporary Category Manager will be responsible for managing a number of large and complex tenders. The role will work with senior stakeholders to ensure tender projects are delivered within defined timelines. The temporary contract will be for approximately 3 months but may last longer.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed, you will be a procurement professional with previous experience of managing end to end tenders within a large organisation. Previous public sector experience is highly advantageous. You will be highly organised, have great communication skills and be process focused.
