You will be based in a call centre environment taking inbound calls, using the company's system to book customers in and dealing with any other queries and directing them to the right department. Full training will be provided.
The role is to start ASAP and is initially for 12 weeks, then for the right candidate would go permanent.
The hours are done on a rota system so candidates need to be flexible with working times and be able to work evenings and weekends.
