Temporary Business Support Officer - 30 hours a week

  • Must be able to take Minutes on a laptop and summarise meeting notes in a very detailed and tidy.
  • Well developed written and oral communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven experience in handling sensitive and confidential information
  • Proven skills in taking specialised minutes at complex multi-attendee meetings
  • High level of keyboard competency. Speed typist, tested at 60wpm+
  • Significant experience in the use of Microsoft Office applications, with ability to provide information through electronic media, internet and intranet and confident in picking up new systems.
  • Proven attention to detail when dealing with data and correspondence.
  • Ability to prioritise and re-prioritise and maintain deadlines, whilst maintaining accuracy and quality of output.
  • Experience in extracting information from reports and documents and using that information to write specialist reports for use in court and conferences.
  • Being able to drive and having your own vehicle is essential.
