Job Role: Temporary Administrator
Location: Nottingham (Hucknall/Annesley)
Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30-5
Harper Recruitment group are looking for an experienced Administrator/Receptionist to join our client in North Nottingham.
You will be responsible for providing a professional Front of House and administration support to the After-Sales team.
What will the role involve?
- Answering all incoming calls and business enquiries
- Greeting all visitors, issuing passes and recording arrivals
- Organising catering for meetings
- Sales administration duties i.e. typing quotations and documents
- Processing all incoming and outgoing post
- Proven Reception/Administration experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organisational skills
- A team player with great attention to detail
