Job Role: Temporary Administrator

Salary: £9.38ph

Location: Nottingham (Hucknall/Annesley)

Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30-5

Harper Recruitment group are looking for an experienced Administrator/Receptionist to join our client in North Nottingham.

You will be responsible for providing a professional Front of House and administration support to the After-Sales team.

What will the role involve?

  • Answering all incoming calls and business enquiries
  • Greeting all visitors, issuing passes and recording arrivals
  • Organising catering for meetings
  • Sales administration duties i.e. typing quotations and documents
  • Processing all incoming and outgoing post

Essential criteria:

  • Proven Reception/Administration experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills
  • A team player with great attention to detail
