Due to a huge response to our recent TV advertisement campaign we are looking a temporary contact centre agent to help us manage the responses and distribute to our relevant branches around the UK.
Respond professionally to inbound telephone calls and accurately taking details of the candidates requirements
Answering and reading email enquiries
Monitor and complete an online Excel tracker with details
General office administration
Answer Contact centre calls professionally and promptly
Excellent telephone manner, polite and couteous
Experience in a contact centre telephone based role necessary
Confident in Excel
GCSE: Maths and English
Previous office experience
This intends to be an approximate 4 week assignment which may extend for the right candidate
Mon-Fri 09.00-17.30 with a pay rate of £8.50p/h.
Based in our central Contact centre along the Basingstoke Road in Reading 2 minutes from bus stop
Administrator – Key skills:
You will need to have a background in Administration You must be available to start and register immediately.
