Hours: Monday to Friday8.30am - 5.00pm

Answering telephone calls from customers and suppliers and connecting them through to the correct internal department.
Liaising with external parties to manage logistics, arrange accommodation, transportation and obtain materials.
Preparing and sending out SLA's and work allocations.
Using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, etc. to produce correspondence and documents and to maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets, databases and prepare booklets.
Managing subscription requests and the processing of evaluation forms.
Assisting with the administration of external courses & events as required.
