Temporary Administrator

Temporary Administrator role available with our busy and friendly client in the centre of East Grinstead.

The role is due to commence as soon as possible (therefore those who are immediately available need only apply) and will last a minimum of 3 months, but likely to be extended further. Hours of work will be Monday to Friday 8.30 - 5pm.

This position involve providing administrative support in our client's purchasing department. Duties will include raising Purchase Orders, managing inboxes and effectively managing some incoming calls to the department.

Proficience in Excel is necessary for this role, as well as a common sense approach and strong attention to detail.
