As a Cashback Fulfilment Administrator, you’ll provide customers with a first-class customer service experience. This is a highly varied role where you’ll constantly be kept busy.
• Preparing mailings accurately for external distribution on a daily basis
• Answering inbound queries from customers in a professional and timely manner
• Liaising with internal colleagues regarding the administration of cashback for customers
• Ensuring compliance with all FCA regulations
The ideal candidate will have:
• Effective time management/prioritisation skills
• A flexible and adaptable approach
• Effective communication skills
• Admin experience
Full time hours, Monday - Friday
