Temporary - Administrator

Our client based in Millbrook, which specialises within the Telecoms sector of the Construction Management Industry is seeking an Administrator. This is an ideal opportunity for a graduate who is looking to gain some experience within an office environment.   Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm. Free parking available.

Duties for the Temporary – Administrator include:

  • Providing Administration support to the Telecoms team
  • Composing and typing of letters using Word
  • General filing and handling of post
  • Answering incoming calls and filtering through to relevant contacts
  • Researching and gathering information from Google
  • Preparing of site health and safety information packs
  • Maintaining and updating spreadsheets using Excel
  • Reporting figures on daily basis using Excel
  • Collating of data and analysing data

The successful Temporary – Administrator will have:

  • Ideal candidate will need to have a degree within Business Management or Mathematics
  • Must have excellent communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Good team player
  • Excellent organisation and planning abilities
  • Computer literate in Word and Excel you must be confident in creating spreadsheets and creating formulas
  • Keen and willing to learn
  • Must have own transport
