Temporary Administrator

RealBee Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Temporary Administrator for their respected client based in Newark. This is a Temporary position working full time hours 8.30-4.30 Monday -Thursday and 8.30m - 4pm on a Friday. The position will be working until March 2018.

Duties of the Administrator include:

  • Data input
  • Communicating with internal staff and field staff
  • Assisting with the organisation of events
  • Communicating via email, phone and face to face with customers and staff members

Skills/Experience required of the role:

  • 4 GCSE’s Grade C or above (or equivalent) including Maths and English
  • Experience of using a SAP system
  • Experience of dealing with the public either face to face, telephone or written capacity
  • To demonstrate problem solving capabilities
  • Able to work on own initiative
  • Good written and verbal skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Able to learn and adapt to new systems quickly
