We have a client in the Wentloog area of Cardiff who are looking for a temporary Administrator for 6 weeks.
Hours: 37.5 hours
Pay rate: £8.72 per hour
Shifts: 8.00am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday
Period: 6 weeks
The role requires good Microsoft Office skills and the ability to manage a high workload and data entry into Excel.
Typical duties include:
- To record daily activity of department operations.
- To document and advertise sales marketing material for sales products
- To manage the day-to-day activity of the department E-commerce stores.
- To support the inventory sales manager in producing work schedules for ongoing workflow.
- To support the inventory sales manager in investigating stock errors and report back the findings.
- To assist with the documentation of department processes and guides.
- To assist with maintaining department records in accordance of company policy and procedures.
