Temporary Administration Assistant Needed For Lovely Firm

My client is a fantastic company with an excellent reputation in Basingstoke seeking a bright and hard working administration assistant to join their busy team. This role will be initially for a 12 week period (with the possibility of extension) and the successful candidate will be needed to start as soon as possible. There will be free parking available just a short five minute walk away. The hours of the role would be 9am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.

The role include the following responsibilities:

  • Photocopying and scanning
  • Document checking
  • Filing and archiving
  • Data entry
  • Other administrative duties as required
