Our client is looking for a temporary admin assistant in a fast-pased environment based in Aylesbury on a 6 month contract. You must be available for interviews week commencing 26th March.
Days/Hours of Work: Sunday - Thursday 8am - 4pm
You will be responsible for:
- Managing staff hours, sickness, holidays and paid rest days.
- Providing operation administrative support.
- Managing agency hours
- Collating daily reports for costings
- Manage travel arrangements and fuel ordering
You must have excellent numeracy skills, good attention to detail and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
