Key responsibilities of the role include:
• Establishing and building client relationships showing you can separate yourself from the competition
Managing and Building a busy temps operation
• Solution selling and providing clients with a reason to use us and demonstrating an advisory and consultative approach
• Working to targets driving to exceed them
• Building a commercial business and revenue stream
