Our growing client in Exeter are looking for an Tech Customer Support to join their team. You'll need to have outstanding communication skills, both written and oral.

- Providing exceptional support and service to clients
- Liaising with clients and suppliers to resolve
- Handle Network related support queries
- Provide technical advice to clients and internal staff
- To be the first point of contact for complaints and escalations
- Taking advanced calls
- Telecoms experience would be beneficial
- Good IT skills/knowledge
- A desire to succeed and develop skills
- Ability to multi task and problem solve
- Flexible approach to work
- Excellent team player
