Working in a customer service environment, you will investigate and resolve customer complaints, deal with web queries, and negotiate settlement of outstanding customer accounts. You will also be required to complete a number of administration tasks that will include the verification of data, compiling letters and collation of payment receipts.
Ideally, you will have previous collections experience in customer focused environment, great negotiation skills, the ability to build relationships with customers and genuine empathy with the customers you engage with. You will also be PC literate with the ability to use the Microsoft packages to a high standard.
