The role will involve but not be limited to;
- Supporting the divisions of the business with all round administration work.
- Being the first point of contact for clients
- Entering data on to the system
- Adding and issuing quotations
- Account updates and filing
- Updating and managing customer records
- Data entry
- Liaising with internal teams regarding any admin duties
The ideal candidate will have good customer service and computer skills along with the ability to communicate at all levels.
