Our client based in a rural location between Witney and Chipping Norton requires an experienced Administrator to support the operation.
As the Administrator you will be required to support the office , CEO and General Manager as and when required.
The Administrator will manage office supplies, assist with preparation of work packs and deal with timesheets for the operatives together with producing documents on Microsoft office applications.
This role would suit an Administrator with strong organisational skills, the ability to prioritise a heavy work load and experience of working with management.
Strong IT skills are essential for this varied administration role coupled with first class communication skills.
