The hours will be 9.00am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
The role will involves supporting divisions within the company with administrative duties.
Dealing with internal and external telephone queries.
Being first point of contact with clients for orders and email queries.
Booking jobs onto the system for the schedulers.
Managing and updating customer profiles.
Sending on information received to the correct divisions.
Various data entry.
Liaise with various parts of the business.
The ideal candidate will have good customer service skills both written and verbal, proficient computer skills with the ability to work as part of a team to support across the business.
