Temporary to Permanent Administrator
Salary: £8.00 - £8.50ph
Currently seeking an Administrator to join a very well established finance company based in Barnet on a Temp to Perm basis. You will be joining a small, lively and friendly team supporting they’re day to day administrative tasks..
Collating customer paperwork to complete applications
Updating the database with account information
Assisting with the preparation of figures for commissions and customer accounts
Creating invoices/ensuring necessary paperwork is attached
General office administration including filing and responding to customer enquiries
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Previous administrative experience
Excellent organisation skills and eye for detail
Good IT skills - knowledge of Word and Excel
Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:00
20 days holiday + Bank Holiday
