Our clients are Central London organisations which are in a broad range of sectors including Business and Professional, Professional Institutes, Membership Bodies, Media and the Built world, Medical and Policy and Research.
As a Covent Garden Bureau Temp, you can expect to do any of the following:
- Pick up the phone and meet and greet
- Manage Diaries and organise travel
- Take notes at meetings and organise meeting rooms
- Take on research and prepare documents
- Undertake accurate data entry
- Help to organise Events
- Assist with Marketing mailshots and promotions
You will have solid office based Admin experience, accurate keyboard skills, confident MS Office, be smartly presented and clearly spoken. You may have used systems such as CRM systems, MS Dynamics, Sage and other Finance systems and Databases.
